JHONNY DEPP
 

John Christopher Depp II, known as Johnny Depp, is an actor, producer and musician. He was born on June 9, 1963 in Owensboro, Kentucky, U.S.A. His father is John Christopher Depp (civil engineer) and his mother is Betty Sue Palmer (waitress), he has four brothers and he’s the youngest. When Depp was a child, he moved many times, settling in Miramar, Florida in 1970. When he was 12 years old his mother bought an electric guitar and he began playing in various garage bands. In 1978 his parents divorced and he left school to become a rock musician.

He had a band called “The Kids”, but the group separated before signing his first record deal. He collaborated with the band Rock City Angels. On December 20, 1983 he married with Lori Anne Allison; she introduced him to Nicolas Gage and he encouraged Depp to try acting. Depp and Lori divorced in 1985. The first role of Depp was in the horror film “A Nightmare on Elm Street” in 1984. He had a relationship with Sherilyn Fenn (1985-1988), Winona Ryder (1989-1993), and Kate Moss (1994-1998).

In 1997 Depp directs, produces, writes and stars in the film “The Brave”. In 1998 he started a relationship with Vanessa Paradis and in 1999 they had their first daughter, called Lily-Rose Melody. Also this year he won the “César Award: Honorary”. In 2002 Depp and Paradis had a son, called John Christopher III. In 2003 Depp won the “SAG Awards” in the category “Best Actor in a Leading Role” for the movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” and in 2008 he won the “Golden Globe Award” for “Best Actor – Comedian or Musical” for the movie “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street”.

In 2012 Depp and Paradis separated. In 2015 he married on February 3 with the actress Amber Heard in a private civil ceremony at their house in Los Angeles. His last film “Mortdecai” was released on January 23, 2015.
