Eddie Vedder

His real name is Edward Louis Severson, he is the singer of the famous band Pearl Jam. Vedder was born on december 23 of 1964 in Evanston, Illinois. Eddie`s life has been very complicated, his parents had divorced when he was 1 year old, he never met his real father and the mother´s boyfriend hit her, at the age of 12 years old his mother gave him a guitar, and this is how start his love of music. He left the school and worked at a lot of jobs.

He moved to San Diego, where he started to create songs, his first band was Bad Radio but only played bars. Than, Stone Gossard, who created the band, recruited Vedder to his band called Pearl Jam, they recorded the first album of the band, “TEN”. Maybe one of the best albums of the 90s and PJ. In 2007, Vedder was invited to create the soundtrack of the movie, “Into the Wild”, this was the first album as a solist.

Two years ago the band created his last album, until now, Lightning Bolt. Now days, the band keeps playing and doing concerts worldwide and Eddie is still part of it.
