It is good to drink water daily



Although there is a predilection for artificial drinks at present, the daily water consumption remains one of the main recommendations of the experts to carry a healthy lifestyle.
The World Health Organization recommends drinking at least two liters of water a day to keep the body healthy and hydrated. However, it is undeniable that there is a predilection for artificial drinks today, and there are several who believe that taking a cola drink is just as beneficial to drink pure water. In fact, figures Presidency program "Choose Healthy Living" show that 44% of the monthly spending is destined to Chilean sugary drinks.
