How to have a healthy life

1. Start eating healthy food like veggies, fruits and try to not eat junk food like hamburgers,pizza etc..
2. Start doing a diet , eating correctly frecuently and be dedicated to your diet
3.Start doing exercises out door or in door for example running jogging etc...
4.You dont have to drink sodas alcohol or anything that has to much sugar only water.
5.The exersises that you should do are push ups go running, jogging , abs , cardio and the most inportant rest and take ur time.
6.Its better if you do this whith friends or somebody, after your are done or yo have been doing this diet for a long time you should see the changes and weigh yourself and see if you complete the challenge
